Having two children of my own, I know first hand what goes into the worries, hopes, and all the search for a great place where children feel appreciated, valued, are constantly praised, explore, learn, and most importantly, are loved. I had a hard time finding such a place that was also affordable and flexible. For my children and all the reasons behind them, our child care home has been in operation since 2008 and my staff and I are always pursuing growth in our personal goals, family values, and education. As a mother, I understand the huge responsibility of caring and leading young children, as a wife, I know the discipline and diligence one must have to run a home, a marriage and a family, and as a business owner, I strive to provide a kind of care that is as special and unique as each child. With a great team of parents, children, and families, this program assures a family style way of teaching and care like no other.
Company Timeline
2008 - Training Wheels Childcare Center was started as a Registered Home.
2009 - We became a Licensed Family Home and our capacity is now up to
12 Children.
2010 - Received the Marketable Skills Achievement Award as a Child
Development-Infant and Toddler Teacher.
2011 - Became fully certified/accredited (4 Stars) in the Texas Rising Program
*** The ONLY certified home in all of East End Area.***
2011 - Received non-expiring Director Certificate.
2012 - BEECH program certified - getting children ready for school.
2012 - Inducted into the Phi Theta Kappa Society.
2012 - Continuing Education and Professional growth . . .
